Decades of Experience

SpanStaff Solutions is built on over 30 years of agricultural management experience, led by Mr. Andrew Gray. With a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in English speakers communicating and working with Spanish speakers, Andrew has spent more than three decades in various Latin American countries since the mid-1990s. Returning to his roots in southwestern Ontario, Andrew now aims to foster stronger collaboration between Canadian farmers and the growing Spanish-speaking labor force.
